A Key Fact Sheet (KFS) is to be provided to you upon request when seeking a home loan which has principal and interest repayments. This may be produced via the website, by a lender or you can request a copy over the phone.

The KFS will then provide a summary of the loan you are seeking, such as a personalised comparison rate, the estimated costs of the home loan and it explains what may occur if interest rates increase. The KFS is designed to help you choose the right home loan.
